解题思路

        if matrix.isEmpty {

        }
        var i = matrix.count - 1
        var j = 0

        while i >= 0 && j < matrix[0].count {
            if matrix[i][j] == target {
                return true
            }
            if matrix[i][j] > target {
                i -= 1
            } else {
                j += 1
            }
        }
        return false
    }
}
